The room was modern and had all the amenities expected.

This recently renovated hotel has fantastic staff, including a manager who is proactive in following up with guests.

Marvellous location, standard sized, new-fashioned room. Had clean climate control, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge. Location close to common areas, market and the other tower of the building which is removed from the party area.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near the marketplace and surrounded by businesses. The room was modern and stylish, featuring updated furnishings and amenities such as a fridge.

The breakfast was delicious and sensational, we liked lots of meals. Make sure to get executive king room with fridge and microwave, the fan, for example.

The room was updated and cosy with comfortable beds and a refrigerator, a microwave and climate control etc. The location was decent, within walking distance of Victoria Park. All the staffs were attentive and responsive.

Overall clean place with very amiable and genuinely helpful staff. Lovely bar on-site.- Nice size and well-equipped room with a fan, microwave, and fridge.- Good food for delicious and incredible breakfast.I had a totally pleasant stay on both nights at Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo. The hotel was clean and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the hotel's lovely on-site bar and found my room to be spacious and well-equipped with convenient amenities. the breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options available.

This venue has a stylish and quite tidy vibe, plus the staff are really friendly and willing to help out 🌟. The manager here is supposed to follow up with guests, adding an extra layer of service.

The restaurant at this place is great for dinner, and they serve amazing dishes.

I have stayed at the Delta Kitchener many times, the stay is always nice, the food is good and the service is excellent.

This stay was very different from my previous one a few months ago, the menu has shrunk considerably, I have to pay for parking and the complimentary breakfast is no longer available. These were some of the "perks" of staying at this hotel, which will no longer be my first choice when staying in Kitchener.

The breakfast had an amazing variety of dishes and was absolutely delicious, plus the location was ideal for the industrial area.

The bed was so comfortable I slept just like I was at home. I could adjust the temperature of my room - it was too warm. The bathtub was also luxurious.

The only frustration was trying to get the clock alarm and clock setting to work. Front desk told me that maintainance staff would need to take the back off the clock to set the time.
